Refund/ Exchange Policy
Top Box Entertainment‘s Refund and Exchange Policy is as follows:
- All sales completed through www.topboxtickets.com are final.*
- Tickets will only be refundable or exchangeable if the entire show is cancelled.
- Refunds are done for the face value of the ticket.
- Service fees, processing fees, and any other fees, such as delivery fees, are not refundable.
- Refunds are only available for the first 5 business days from the date the event was to be held.
- If the show is postponed your original ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date, and no refund will be issued.
- Once tickets are issued, they should be treated like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
NOTE: The standard policy for most venues and many artists, teams, etc. is NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
